Magnolia Oaks, an 1890 Eastlake Victorian, sits on three fourths acre. The main building features walk-through windows, fourteen foot ceilings and intricately carved doors. Our garden arbor area includes a fountain, swing, putting green, room for croquet and an herb garden for our kitchen.

The Little Red House Sitting next to Magnolia Oaks is the charming l860's German Saltbox cottage named the Little Red House. The cottage has a roomy suite, the Flag Suite, which has two bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a sunny sitting porch and bath. The suite accomodates two or four people. The Upper Room of the Little Red House has two double beds with bath downstairs. The Little Red House common room has an historic painted ceiling of Texas wildflowers and the Texas Star.

Our Bed & Breakfast features:

a Jacuzzi Bath for either Townsend or Texas room; Fireplaces in both the Townsend and Texas rooms
a Summer Room for all our guests filled with wicker furniture, lounge chairs and ceiling fans. It is located below the balcony of the Loft Apartment which sleeps four.
Both the Loft Apartment and the suite of Little Red House are available for long term stays
Guests in Little Red House have breakfast in the main dining room
Based on room selection, our rates range from $125-$195 per night
